Lacking labeled examples of working numerical strategies, adapting an iterative solver to accommodate a numerical issue, e.g., density discontinuities in the pressure Poisson equation, is non-trivial and usually involves a lot of trial and error. Here, we resort to evolutionary neural network. A evolutionary neural network observes the outcome of an action and adapts its strategy accordingly. The process requires no labeled data but only a measure of a network's performance at a task. Applying neuro-evolution and adapting the Jacobi iterative method for the pressure Poisson equation with density discontinuities, we show that the adapted Jacobi method is able to accommodate density discontinuities. 相似文献

Injectable hydrogels for nonsteroidal anti‐inflammatory drugs’ (NSAIDs) delivery to minimize the side effects of NSAIDs and achieve long‐term sustained release at the targeted site of synovial joint are attractive for osteoarthritis therapy, but how to improve its mechanical strength remains a challenge. In this work, a kind of 1D natural clay mineral material, attapulgite (ATP), is introduced to a classical cyclodextrin pseudopolyrotaxane (PPR) system to form a reinforced supramolecular hydrogel for sustained release of diclofenac sodium (DS) due to its rigid, rod‐like morphology, and unique structure, which has great potential in tissue regeneration, repair, and engineering. Investigation on the interior morphology and rheological property of the obtained hydrogel points out that the ATP distributed in PPR hydrogel plays a role similar to the “reinforcement in concrete” and exhibits a positive effect on improving the mechanical properties of PPR hydrogel by regulating their interior morphology from a randomly distributed style to the well‐ordered porous frame structure. The hybrid hydrogels demonstrate good shear‐thinning and thixotropic properties, excellent biocompability, and sustained release behavior both in vitro and in vivo. Furthermore, preliminary in vivo treatment in an acute inflammatory rat model reveals that the ATP hybrid hydrogels present sustained anti‐inflammatory effect. 相似文献

Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR) is a promising technology in the biological world. As one of the CRISPR-associated (Cas) proteins, Cas12a is an RNA-guided nuclease in the type V CRISPR-Cas system, which has been a robust tool for gene editing. In addition, due to the discovery of target-binding-induced indiscriminate single-stranded DNase activity of Cas12a, CRISPR-Cas12a also exhibits great promise in biosensing. This minireview not only gives a brief introduction to the mechanism of CRISPR-Cas12a but also highlights the recent developments and applications in biosensing and gene regulation. Finally, future prospects of the CRISPR-Cas12a system are also discussed. We expect this minireview will inspire innovative work on the CRISPR-Cas12a system by making full use of its features and advantages. 相似文献

Reaction of 4,4′,4″-nitrilotribenzoic acid (H3L), a C3-symmetric ligand, with the divalent Co(II) salt Co(NO3)2·6H2O in the present of the N-donor ligand 1,2-di(4-pyridyl)ethylene (DPE) affords a new mixed-ligand coordination polymer with the chemical formula of [Co3(TNB)(DPE)2]·2H2O·DMF (1). In this study, CCK-8 assay was used to determine the effect of novel compound on proliferation of gastric cancer cells. The VEGF signaling pathway in gastric cancer cells was determined through employing real-time PCR after treatment of the above complex. 过渡金属磷化物电位低且比容量高, 是有发展前景的锂离子电池(LIBs)负极材料. 其中, ZnP2属于双活性负极材料, Zn与P都能与Li+发生反应, 储Li+性能更具有竞争力. 但是, 对于ZnP2的锂化机理及产物尚不明确. 采用第一性原理计算和电化学测试方法研究了ZnP2的电子性质和电化学性能, 通过理论计算和实验测试相结合阐述了ZnP2的锂化机制. 首先, 以密度泛函理论(DFT)计算揭示了ZnP2的锂化机理、Li+扩散路径、势垒和理论比容量(1477 mAh/g). 其次, 通过直流电弧等离子体法及固相烧结法合成ZnP2, 并测试其首圈放电曲线, 显示放电容量为1439 mAh/g, 与理论计算结果相近. 此外, 薄膜X射线衍射(XRD)检测最终产物成分为LiZn和Li3P, 与DFT计算结果一致. 相似文献
